Our academy is the heart of Kashmir Panthers FC, designed to identify, nurture, and develop football talent from an early age.
The Kashmir Panthers Football Academy follows a structured curriculum aligned with AFC (Asian Football Confederation) guidelines, focusing on technical skills, tactical understanding, physical development, and mental conditioning.
We offer programs for children aged 6-18, segmented into Foundation (6-10), Development (11-14), and Performance (15-18) phases. Each phase has specific objectives and training methodologies tailored to the age and development stage of the players.
Our academy facilities include two full-sized natural grass pitches, one artificial turf pitch, a gymnasium, physiotherapy center, and video analysis room. We maintain a coach-to-player ratio of 1:12 to ensure personalized attention.

Kashmir Panthers FC has entered into a strategic partnership with the Jammu & Kashmir Sports Council to develop football infrastructure across the region. The three-year agreement includes collaboration on coach education programs, talent identification camps, and facility upgrades at five district sports complexes.
The partnership was formalized in a ceremony attended by Sports Council Chairman Mr. Nuzhat Gul and Kashmir Panthers CEO Mr. Arif Malik. "This collaboration marks a significant step in our mission to elevate football standards in Jammu & Kashmir," said Malik during the signing ceremony.

Early bird registration (20% discount) is available until June 1. Limited scholarships are available for economically disadvantaged students through our 'Football for All' initiative. Last year's camp attracted over 200 participants from across Jammu & Kashmir.
